meet SEEMA
Seema’s compass for natural healing comes from her Ayurvedic roots. Her grandmother, the source of medical wisdom in the family taught Seema about the healing properties of various plants, flowers and barks from her own herbal garden. Over the years, Seema refined her craft by studying Yoga, Ayurveda and Herbalism. She began concocting her own medicinal tinctures and lotions based on the wisdom passed down through her grandma and nature two of her biggest inspirations.
